This beautiful fruit cake has really caught my attention with it sweet and lovely decoration on it and decided to buy it for my friend as a fairwell gift since she loves to eat fruit cake. The butter sponge cake in it is very soft and light, which is full of the fragrant from the butter used in it and is also not too sweet as well. The fruits topped on it are very fresh and sweet as well The combination with the fresh vanilla cream in it is certainly so delicious!

Breadtalk still makes better bread... Tried their mooncake and its a total disappointment. Bought the mini mooncakes that cames in 4 flavours-tiramiu, espresso chestnut, traditional lotus and oriental pearl. The oriental pearl mooncake is made with lotus seed paste and dou sar. Filling is not smooth and overall texture is very hard. Too sweet to my liking too. The traditional lotus paste mooncake is less sweet, still acceptable but the other brands i tried are much better.
