Sizzling-boiled of the broth, entire was stewed in special spices. Gravy was flavourful seasoning and went very well along with rice. Prawns were fresh and tasty after soaking a while in the darkening thick soup. Without soggy and mushy texture, shrimp was bitable. Undeniably, it was satisfying lunch yet charge was slightly high.

THis is my first time trying the fish hotpot here and was quite impresse with it as compared to my earlier visit here to have their chicken hotpot. The fish meat is very fresh and juicy, and totally not stingy as well. The salted vegetables in it are not too salty and and maintain the crunchiness in it as well. The gravy was slightly thick in texture and great to eat it over plain rice.

The chicken meat here is really tender and juicy, which is really nice to chew and goes very well with the fragrant plain rice or to eat it on its own also very nice. The sliced onions and spring onions in it also added that extra fragrant to this dish which make it even more appetitizing as well. The portion is consider quite generous and great to share among two to three adults.

This individual pot of dish attracted us to try this restaurant. We ordered one chicken and one beef. The gravy or sauce used for both chicken and beef are similar, I would think it is the same. The sauce is "peppery" and abit to the spicy taste. The beef was disappointing, they were hard and difficult to chew. The chicken is still acceptable. I do not like the taste and will not come back again. However, my hubby had been asking me to go back to eat again... that's why we always say every indi

My friend and I were looking for a place for dinner and decided to try this due to the long queue.. However we had thumbs down for this rstn right from the beginning. There are only 2 choices: either prawns or chicken hotpot. The prawns is not fresh coz the shell sticks to the flesh! The chicken is not tender too. The worst thing is that the prawns hotpot comes with french fries which gets soggy after the waitress keep on topping up on the water. Whats more, there are other side dishes like veggies which you have to pay extra. 1 plate costs ard $1.50. Overall both of us did not enjoy our meal. I would suggest don't waste time queuing for it

I have decided to give Chicken Hotpot a second chance when I chanced upon this outlet at the newly opened Bedok Point. As usual, the queue was very long and the smell was just as tempting. One thing I do not really like about this outlet was the seating arrangement. One thing I do not really like about this outlet was the seating arrangement. Diners and shoppers are separated only by a thin piece of glass the height of seated diners. Thus, whenever people walk pass us, I can literally imagine them staring at our food while talking, saliva landing on our plates or they can simply grab our food and go. I would most definitely not want to sit by the side again.

Regarding the food, the serving was small so we took a plate of mushrooms as add-on for the small little hotpots. The fire was rather big and difficult to control so the person had to keep refilling the soup base until it tasted diluted, with soggy fries inside.

I believe this is one of the restaurants where one try is really sufficient already.
