chicken rice the chicken rice stall in koufu is the nicest chicken rice in Nanyang Polytechnic. The chicken is tender and juicy, the rice is not hard and flavourful, the sauce is tasty and not too salty, the vege soup given is nice, even the chillies sauce is nicer than north and south canteen's. i always like to order the roasted chicken, but that day the roasted chicken have finished, so i had to order the white chicken one, but it's still equally great

The chicken rice at Koufu is very tasty. The soup is not diluted ad very nice. You can drink it on its own. The dish is very light and it won't make you feel very full. The rice and the chicken are also well cooked. It is also very reasonable and value for money.
