Besides, pork ribs inside helped to satisfy my hunger perfectly. Such a simple, light and comfort soup costed $4.50 each bowl.

Really enjoy having the different types of herbal soups from this Soup Master stall. One of my favourite is their herbal chicken soup which the chicken meat is very soft, tender and juicy. THe natural sweetness from the chicken meat and the different types of Chinese herbs and spicies have actually make the soup base very tasty and also at the same time very thick in texture as well. Lots of wolfberries are added in it as well which are also very good for our eyes. Simply delicious and afford

Their soup are home brewed and you can really taste the difference from the common ones we usually have. Soup Master’s soup are brewed so well that its almost like you can tell that it has been brewed for many hours. Great when consumed together with their local dishes! My grandparents love this place so much!

This lunch was a bit late cause I was stood up by a friend of mine. By the time I reached the food court, it was around 1pm, though it was National Day it wasn’t quite full, I still managed to find a seat.

As usual, first browsed the whole food court, I finally settled with this soup stall, they sold only soups, so I would think they were specialised in this cuisine. There are numbers of soups to choose from, I was choosing between pig’s maw or tail. Suddenly I thought I needed to replenish some collagen, so pig’s tail was my pick.

Once I placed my order, they scooped the soup from the big pot which was heating up all times. Hence, soup is really hot when serve. First taste the milky soup, very natural and boil for long hours, it has the so-called “old flame soup老火汤” taste. The milky colour should be from long boil of bones, only this method could bring out the milky colour as well as the taste. Taste the soup in details, it has a mild tartness flavour, Chinese herbs including dang gua当归,red date, etc. Pig’s tail was boil till really soft and melt in your tongue, I liked the gluey sensation which meant that I have eaten rich collagen, consequently good to my joints and complexion. No msg effect after taste.

I have added a plate of vegetable, it was light in oil and taste too. I like their steam rice in fluffy not too soft though.

I will return without doubt if I go there again.
