My first time visiting DOME and it seems that this place is a popular spot to held for meetings since above the cafe are all the offices. I ordered the Lychee Freeze and oh man, this is the best lychee freeze I ever tried before! The freeze is not too sweet yet infused with the strong lychee fragrant. it is also well blended and texture is smooth. the drink is top up with this creamy white foam which enhanced the taste of it. Wanna try something new and hence ordered the pork knuckle xmas set ($48 for 2 pax to share). The pork knuckle is served is 3 different style of cooking. Personally, I prefer it being served in cubes of meat (not sure how it is cooked) as it is easier for me to eat. Though, the fried style tastes good, it is kinda tough and hard to eat. Have also ordered the munchies which consists of wedges, calamari, chicken wings, fish fingers and spring rolls. This is something which I think is good sharing.

I love visiting this restaurant during lunch time as I can almost sure that I can get the seat. But don't be mistaken, this doesn't imply that the food is not good. Perhaps it is just not as popular... not sure why though...Ordered the crayfish pasta but I requested for the chef to cook in alio olio style instead of the cream sauce style as shown in the menu. This is a must drink beverage if you happen to patron this cafe at Raffles Place. The portion is generousand really like the nice and comfortable environment in this cafe. The service staffs are also very friendly which make you feel warm and happy. The coffee bean used in making their cappucino is very fragrant and with slight bitterness in it. It is quite thick in texture and also the creamer used in this hot beverage is very nice in taste as well.

Though most people visit this place for coffee/tea and desserts, I feel that this is a good place for lunch/dinner. Unlike most restaurants in Raffles Place, Dome is not crowded during lunch time. Hence, you do not have to waste time waiting for seats. Most importantly, the food tastes good. Ordered the grilled fish with fries and caesar salad which I will strongly recommend one to try it. Im a bad girl,learn to drink alcohol No la,drink alcohol is also quite good for health.The % of alcohol for this drink is also not much.This is quite nice to drink,it has a strong lemon smell.And the color is in red color,but not yellow color.It is abit sour at first,after swallow it,i feel some bitter,it is quite nice..!Should try on other drinks next time.

Caesar Salad with smoked salmon has always been one of my favourite selections of salads. Glad that the Caesar Salad from Dome is kinda up to standard - fresh vegetables and salmon with generous serving of dressing and bacon. Though the restaurant doesn't seem very crowded, we gotta wait quite long for our food and drinks to be served. Hence, visit this place only if you can afford to wait.

I love the food at Dôme which was prepared healthily was but still remained delicious. Overall, my dining experience at Dôme was pleasant but I guess they will have to look into the level service from the staff as they were not attentive, warm and friendly enough. However, I will still visit Dôme as the food is good!

Very refreshing taste. The sourness of the yoghurt was tamed down by the honey. Good selection of tropical fruits. It's suppose to be a breakfast but I took it for lunch instead. It filled me for a couple of hours and the yoghurt was used sparingly. Good for those who wanted light, healthy lunch but didn't want the good old boring fruits platter.
