The FoodI ordered the sirolin steak with fries and pasta under the daily set lunch menu. It come with garlic bread, soup, coffee or tea and dessert.On that day the soup of the day is clear chicken soup and tasted refreshingly good and sweet with small chunks of chicken. Had set lunch at Jack's Place with my colleague during one of the weekdays and was really upset with their foods, environment and services. The lay out in the restaurant is quite squeezy and warm. Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant was quite crowded. The service there was quite poor and the foods served was relatively slow. Steak was very hard and the serving was quite small too. Chinese Hor Fun was the most horrifying dish, kway teow was stick together like a 'meatball' and not much ingredients have been added to it. Not a very good makan experience there. My verdict: 5/10
