Grabbed some pancakes for breakfast on a weekday, the pancakes are really huge! For the price they are extremely worth it considering their huge size! Great if you are really hungry! While the filling was yummy, both the red bean and peanut ones being not too sweet, the pancake was a little too thick and dense making it a little hard to finish. However overall still a decent pancake.

Another pancake pie place. It's called Jollibean but there's no bean in this one. This is a green tea filling. I think it's made with lotus or some other sticky paste with green tea added. The green is interesting. The pastry is cold - would be better if it was warm or hot. The filling is very sweet. The pastry is a glutinous type pastry so it's chewy. There is no real fragrance. Just sweetness and chewiness. Costs about $1.50

Jollibean provides fresh soya bean milk daily. Their soya bean drink is rich and has a strong taste of soya bean. You can request specifically the level of sugar you want, as for me, I always go for unsweetened soya bean milk ($1.60), and I reckon the warm one goes really well with "you tiao". Another signature drink that Jollibean offers is the soya bean milk mixed with cincao (grass jelly) ($1.90). Very refreshing drink with affordable cost.

I am getting three pieces in a box ($3.30). It costs a bit cheaper than buying one piece. I ask for at least a corner triangular piece which is crispier than the center piece. The sticky crunchy peanuts are soft and not very sweet. I toast it in the oven for a couple of minutes, it becomes hot, crispy and fragrance and nice to eat. This pancake is healthier which is less sugar. The price is $1.20 per piece.

I will always get the triangular pancakes if I am getting the peanut ones since the triangular pancakes are larger than the round ones. Each cost $1 and it comes in a box if you order three of them. I ordered three peanut pancakes since it is cheaper to get three of them ($2.70). I love the sticky crunchy peanuts which are very fragrant and sweet. It is something like your extra crunchy peanut butter. This sticky consistency goes well with the thick pancake batter and I always find myself cravin

I didn't like that bean filling was too thin and sweet. I prefer it thicker and less sweet. The pastry was thick and chewy and good. It wasn't oily and it was cooked perfectly. Service is pretty crappy and the girl does not smile and is very rough. She literally shoves your food really hard into the plastic bag and then throws it on the counter... The price is alright. I prefer the end cuts which have little crispy bits. Still prefer PinLe's to Jollibean but jollibean has more outlets.

The shopping center was very crowded over the weekends and we decided to get a drink to quench our thirst. My friend ordered the set which comes with a soyamilk and pancake maru. It was my first time ordering the grass jelly drink from Jollibean since I normally buy their soya bean milk. The grass jelly drink tasted normal but it was refreshing to have it in such hot weathers. Costs $1.40 a cup.

Jollibean has always been a good outlet for snacks with products like pancakes, soyabean and beancurd. I decided to go with bean curd today. The beancurd is smooth and silky. It disintegrates when you suck it into your mouth. The counter staff gave a lot of syrup. I kinda like the syrup to go with the bean curd as the syrup is not too sweet which will makes the throat uncomfortable. Definitely a place to come back for more beancurd.
