Therefore I opted for a bowl of hot Cheng Tng. I paid S$1.20 for this dessert.

There were a few variety of ingredients in the Cheng Tng such as a slice of sweet potato, red dates, dried longan, white fungus and a few more items.

I did not finish this dessert because it was extremely sweet.

"Cheng" supposingly to be "clear" as what the soup should be wasn't so. Thee was no taste of the longan at all.

I prefer my Cheng Tng to have a lighter texture but Lit Lit Xin Cheng Tng is too dark and I believe they have added too much of Gula Melaka which makes this dessert very very sweet.

The soup is so dark that I cannot even see what's inside the bowl of Cheng Tng.

Luckily, I was the third in the queue and its definitely not worth lining up to place an order.

I believe other Cheng Tng stalls at any foodcourt is even better than theirs.

Always craving Chinese style warm dessert after lunch, I begged my colleague to have it before going back office. Wide-ranged choices sold here, it had Iced, Chilled, Cold, Warm and Hot.Looking at the colourful board on top of the stall, every dessert appeared so tempting. The perfect bowl of thirst-quenching warm dessert, it was so nice to have just after the lunch. Various ingredients can be found inside, Lotus Seed and Longan were my favourite. Unbelievable low in price, it was only $1.20 for such a satisfying portion.

This is definitely cooling for a hot day. I love their cheng teng as there are a lot of ingredients like the dried longans, white fungus, red dates, sweet potatoes and many more. Drinking the cold cheng teng will simply immerse you in sweetness. Moreover, it is rather cheap compared to other places, it is only $1.30 and the serving is rather great

This is a dessert which contains tapioca and coconut milk which I believed has Thai origins. It tastes better when served cold. The tapioca is very soft and has a very good bite. It compliments the coconut milk well. The coconut milk is fresh and it is not too sweet. It costs $1.20 and contains 8 pieces of tapioca. I think this is a good afternoon snack.
