I simply love their char siew rice. Their char siew is not oily at all and healthy as they use lean meat instead of the fatty meat. The texture, u will know that it is definitely the char siew that you are looking for. With the lean meat, I do agree that due to less fatty meat, it texture remain soft and tender. Soup is tasty too. They have a variety of soup like water cress soup, preserved salty vegetable soup, etc. A good hawker choice. look at my char siew, I am so hungry now.

If you happen to pass by Toa Payoh, do check it out the char siew pork rice in this stall. I am those type of person who loves my char siew meat with more 'overcooked' texture on the pork meat and this stall has that criteria. The meat is juicy and tender and the stall owner has take slightly more longer hours to roast the meat till abit 'overcooked'. The plain rice is quite fragrant and the grains are separated well. I also love thei dark thick black sweet sauce which is full of that roasted meat flavour in it and it is not too salty too. The portion is quite generous which I need not pay extra money to add more char siew meat or plain rice to my plate of rice.

Simply love their BBQ pork a.k.a char siew rice. Their char siew is not oily at all and healthy as they use lean meat instead of the fatty meat. Besides BBQ pork, they also sell roast duck, roast pork. Both the roast duck and roast pork is roast to perfection to me. You can expect crispy skin and yet not too many fats! amazingly healthy tasty meal

This store opens for lunch and dinner. However, their soup always sold out during dinner time. So make sure be there for lunch if u wanna try their soup too!
