Wanted to have a burger at Carl Junior but didn't know they closed. So! Ended up at Pastamania and felt like having a change in what I usually ordered (pasta d-oh!) and tried the Dory Baked rice.Overall it wasn't anything special, rice was oven baked but not burnt crisp, but rather baked crisp. Overall it wasn't anything special, rice was oven baked but not burnt crisp, but rather baked crisp. The whole thing was covered in cheese. Stretchy cheese~

There was only a dollop of tomato right in the middle which suited me just fine. The cheesiness was just right and not overbearing that I needed to fight to keep it in.

Environment was nice and relaxing and the staff friendly. Summary, thumbs up!

I was pleased to see the opening of Pastamania at Changi Airport. I have never been much of a fann of the pasta's here but I'm in love with their cheese sticks and desserts.I opted for the meal which included pasta, a drink and the soup of the day (minestrone). I also had a side of their famous cheese sticks! I had the pomodoro (pasta) which is a tomato based sauce and one of the only options in pasta mania for vegetarians. The pasta seemed to be rather dry and was not entirely drenched in sauce

I had the pomodoro (pasta) which is a tomato based sauce and one of the only options in pasta mania for vegetarians. The pasta seemed to be rather dry and was not entirely drenched in sauce. The cheese sticks were really crispy and I like the way the cheese oozes out the minute you take a bite. They were a little oily but delicious never the less. The soup tasted a little diluted and felt more like a 3-in-1 substitute.
