Was in the neighbourhood and saw the stall. They had 2 types beef (beef and tendon) at $7.50 and 3 types (beef, tendon, tripe) at $9.00 available.

You get to choose the usual 4 type noodle you want your beef laid out on.

Got the 2 type set, which comes with a bowl of beef soup. Yummylicious~The beef was cooked to uber-tenderness. Any more tender and I wouldn't need to chew. I'd just suck it till it melts. Same goes for the tendon. Again, yum~

Tries the truffle fries and nacho fries, both was delicious. Priced at $6 each, it is value of money. Would recommend these. Taste wise it is better than expected which was a surprise considering the price it came with. The portion was good as well. so no complaints from me!

Wanted to have a burger at Carl Junior but didn't know they closed.

So! Ended up at Pastamania and felt like having a change in what I usually ordered (pasta d-oh!) and tried the Dory Baked rice.




Overall it wasn't anything special, rice was oven baked but not burnt crisp, but rather baked crisp. The whole thing was covered in cheese. Stretchy cheese~

There was only a dollop of tomato right in the middle which suited me just fine. The cheesiness was just right and not overbearing that I needed to fight to keep it in.

Environment was nice and relaxing and the staff friendly. Summary, thumbs up!

Came here for the first time, for lunch just to try it out considering I LOVE everything about fries. And the name of the store has FRIES in it so....

Anywho, got the Slider with garlic fries. 5 stars for the fries, 2 stars for the burger. The bacon was dry, thanks goodness for the small dash of cheese and sparse mushrooms otherwise I would've chucked the whole thing into the bin (after I finished off the fries of course).





The pork katsu... don't order it. Its dry... so just don't. The sour cream and onion fries was okay, the garlic was better.




On the other hand, the service was not... courteous. Won't say much about this because it would be apparent to pretty much anyone who frequent the store. But the cashier could use some basic courtesy classes.

It will be somewhat icky for those who cannot tolerate oily foods, but sinfully good for those who like pork on a stick, grilled and served.

There is an option to order per stick or in a bento style. Got mine in a bento with Japanese rice at additional S$1. Portion wise is average for a normal person.

Have not tried the beverages but they come pwp with bentos - canned drinks.
