Pepper Lunch Express - Food Junction (Closed)

It has been ages since I had pepperlunch, so I decided to eat that for my lunch today. The queue is quite long and I to wait for 10minutes before I can make my order. I ordered the chicken pepper rice which comes with chicken thigh meat and some corn kernels. The chicken thigh meat is very tender and flavourful and the corn is very sweet as well. I love mixing everything up together and eating it all together. I enjoyed my lunch with my cravings for papper lunch satisfied.

Pepper Lunch Express has been offering a wide range of hot stone dishes with their usual beansprouts and sweet corns for quite some years now. I have tried their new steak lunch set and was not really impressed by it. First of all, the price is really too high as at fifteen dollar and ninety cents per set, they only offer a 'just alright' sized steak with their usual beansprouts and sweet corn. like the way of this restaurant's idea of presenting and serving, we can have the chance to "cook" ourselves and decide the cookness of the meat (esp beef). I like the Curry Chicken Pepper Rice with Cheese the most coz it has nice curry flavour and after I mix everything around, the cheese was like sxticky on every rice grain and gives a bit of tangle feel. The pepper rice was definitely plain without the corn inside. I'm so loving the corn!!!

This is my favourite item from Pepper Lunch. Its relatively cheap, very filling and it tastes great. Its just chicken mixed with rice and corn. I personally like adding around 2 spoonful of the garlic soy sauce they provide. It goes well with the rice. Also, I like mixing all the stuff together and eat it like fried rice. Pepper Lunch is my no 1 favourite food and I can eat the same thing over and over again without getting sick of it.And whenever I meet up with my friends, I’d suggest going Pepper Lunch! It’s really super nice I love to add their Honey Brown Sauce and their butter and black pepper tastes really special. Only bad point is that you stink after that, but it isn’t that bad actuallyI always add cheese (additional $0.90) for my dish. It used to be only $0.50, then it increased to $0.70 and now $0.90.

To be very frank, this is the first time I am ordering something from Pepper Lunch.
