Sweet Spring (Closed)

This outlet had close down but I still write about it anyway. My friend and I ordered the pork ribs noodle for $5.90 each. It was a new dish, and it tasted quite bland and slightly oily. It contained a fair and sufficient serving of pork ribs to go with the noodles. The pork ribs also tasted bland. If only there were spices or pepper that we could add into our soup. We also ordered the bean curd skin roll with seafood and chicken for $3.60 to share. We liked this dish more than the noodles itsel

This dessert is simple and fresh.I like the mango.The ice is very fresh and it taste nice when it melt and mix with the syrup they added.The mango is sweet and fresh and the ice is cold.The ice match well with the mango and the syrupSo i feel fresh after eating it.REally like this kind of simple dessert after a long walk,it really make me have full energy again.. hehe

This one is very nice. all are crispy and hot served. Not oily too. I think the dim sum here is nice coz many people are having them. Nanyang style with red bean, cendol, glass jelly and soya milkwent to sweet spring with friends as she said that sweet spring is gonna close very soon. this is my first time trying their dessert, and the dessert actually tasted quite nice.

the steamed pork meat with rice is okay, the meat is not too salty, and it is well seasoned and chopped. The rice is well cooked, not too hard. The soup is old cucumber soup, and this whole meal is just like a warm home cooked meal, simply yet nostalgic the spicy steamed wantonis nice, i like the wanton skin which is thin and soft, no artificial taste, and the prawn inside was so big and juicy!

went to sweet spring with friends as she said that sweet spring is gonna close very soon. this is my first time trying their dessert, and the dessert actually tasted quite nice. i love the mango pamelo sago the most,red bean paste is too watery but the dumplings are nice, and the durian red bean pudding is normal. the chicken cucumber cold noodle is nice, refreshing and not greasy.

A very wide range of hot and cold desserts are served here. I have tried their peanut paste dessert which is served hot and really glad that I have choosen this. The peanut paste is really smooth and thick in texture, with lots of fragrant peanut flavour in it. It is not too sweet and ideal for the elderly and for those who are controlling their sugar intake. Would probably try their black sesame paste and almond paste desserts during my next visit here.

Ordered a bucket that cost $4.50 that's for 2 people, it easily fills 3 bowl to the brim. But for a big eater like me and my friend. It wasn't enough...still it's fun eating beancurd by scooping myself.It's self service to the sugar syrup which would largely determine the taste It's hands-on for beancurd!

fish porridge ($4.9)feel a bit cold and like gonna having fever soon so i ordered porridge as dinner. The rice is actually soaked in soup. Not the porridge type. Anyway i feel warm after drinking the soup. The soup is tasty, with seaweed, salted fish and fish flavour, make the rice tastier. The fish given is quite a lot too, although only the cheap fish fillet type. Overall nice. Makes me feel better now.

went to try Bean curd was quite interesting, they put beancurd inside a pail/ bucketbeancurd was not really nice & not sweet, we pour in a lot of honey syrup but still not sweet we saw from menu they have signature siew mai, we ordered that but it turn out to be "sui jian bao" -,-

crazy mango ice from my favorite restaurant. This cost me $5.. Their snow ice taste in mango favour too. Melt in the mouth immediately and very suitable to eat for hot weather. In the hot afternoon, very good place for gathering. Their mango is quite sweet, their mango sauce is rich in mango favour, but not too sweet. They can still improve with the way they decorate and portrait this dessert. They can also make it into assorted fruits or more colourful for more choices.

It is my first time eating Homemade Soya Beancurd serve in a wooden bucket just like the olden day! Brown sugar syrup and white sugar syrup are provided too, and you may add your desirable amount base on your liking. The beancurd is smooth and silky, as you can feel not much of preservative added.The setting and the ambience of the restaurant is pretty nostalgia, marble top tables and wooden stool. and with nice view facing the main road.one bucket is S$4.50, enough serving 2 pax. they have also

had the lunch set meal [$7.90] at sweet spring. They have 3choices of main dish and I chose the steamed rice with chicken蒸饭 with daily soup. The rice is a bit too dry at the bottom coz the gravy is quite few.And the side dish is the prawn dumpling and fried popiah.This one is very nice. Both are crispy and hot served. Not oily too.I think the dim sum here is nice coz many people are having them. Dint manage to eat their dessert coz too full already. Shall try it next time

The first picture above shows the cover of the menu. the second picture is the Signature Beancurd jelly for 2 servings from Sweet Sping. I had ordered one red bean as topping for the beancurd jelly (tau hua). and That is just tastes fantastic. The beancurd jelly is extremely soft and smooth. the best thing is the container can keep it warm. Sweet Spring is the ideal dessert and snacks restaurant that I am so wanted to own one in the future.

I have always been a loyal fan of sweet springs, and my mum and i often frequent the outlet at AMK Hub for its delicious dim sums.When we entered the restaurant, it was rather empty, so we sat ourselves down by our usual seat. When we wanted to place an order (we had to tick our choices and hand them to the waitress) we were told to make payment at the counter first. Service was extremely slow as there was only 1 or 2 staff on the floor and i had to wait for quite some time to be attended to at

The layer of the strawberry ice melted in the mouth with the strawberry syrup, it'a perfect match, but the strawberry flesh topping was too little, could be more. The portion is just nice to share with a friendThis store is only accept cash payment and no extra gst or service charge.
