After ordering our Happy Hour drinks here, we started with the food.The Crab and Prawn Bisque was served first - crustacean of creme prawn and chunks of crabmeat, with drizzles of Brandy and served with a slice of garlic bread. My favourite pub to go to with my wife. We usually have our friend gatherings there on weekdays. Their famous dish which most people will order will be the roasted duck pizza. Its duck meat on normal pizza topped with special sauce and fried wanton skin. It’s superb for sharing with a group of about 4-6 pax. And it goes rather well for beer. The ambience is great with live band starting from 8pm-12mn. Always feel relaxed chilling in timbre.

I met up with a group of my friends to have dinner and chill at Switch by Timbre! It was recommended by one of our friends as a great chill-out place for dinner and drinks as they also offer daily live performances by local artists! Switch by Timbre is a new chill out place, fully air-conditioned with cozy ambiance. Love and I usually order the Roasted Duck pizza. I was here some time ago as I was in that area, and switch is a good place to have some drinks and just chill out with friends. We got the hawaiian magarita pizza, which costs around $20, and good for 3 to share. The crust of the pizza was very thin and crispy, which I prefer to the other kind of thick crust that is more doughy. Ambience is good as well and I think they have happy hour from 6 to 9pm. They have other main courses like pasta, steak too.

I recommended my ex colleagues to pop by switch after work as i find this place a good chillax place for catching up. 3 of us ordered 2 pizzas, chicken wings and beers. For the skinny pizzas, we had hawaiian bbq and roasted duck. The portion was slightly too much for 3 of us for supper but we tried our best to finish everything. Ordered Half & Half Pizza where one half is Smoked Salmon Pizza (right side of the photo) and the another half (left side of the photo) is Roasted Duck Pizza. This pizza is nice because it is a thin crust pizza and the fillings for the pizza is my favourite smoked salmon and lots of cheese. It is quite rare to have a salmon pizza. However, the salmon is very tender and it just blends in very well with the cheese that they used. Therefore, the cheesy and crispiness of the pizza really adds different sensation to your tastebuds.

Switch is a restaurant bar by Timbre. Serves similar food. The special thing about this place is that it is fully air-conditioned and much more spacious than the other timbre outlets. Service here is so so much better than at Timbre. A really good alternative. They also made good use of technology, uses ipad to order food. They have a really nice app designed as a menu.
