As the title states Cafe Cartel is really the perfect place for cheapo Singaporeas, in my opinion. Theres unlimited supply of bread for all customers regardless of what you order. So you can walk in, order a drink and just keep going to the bread counter for more bread. Course i didn't do that Their cakes are always too tempting. Yummy St Louis Pork Rib! I think it's very well known so most people should have try it? If not, you better try it soon! I am impressive by the generous portion and well cooked breakfast by Cafe Cartel Plaza Singapura. Breakfast is only available during weekends and public holidays. All breakfast set meals also includes free flow of in-house bread, coffee and tea. Cosy environement which is suitable for family outhing and gathering with friends.
