Quite a nice place to chill out on a sunday afternoon - this is how I would describe the Coffee Bean at Parkway. Despite being a sunday afternoon, it is not crowded and noisy. Ordered my favourite ultimate ice blended and the raspberry cheesecake. Personally, I find that the raspberry cheesecake looks better than its taste. Perhaps it is due to the raspberry, I find that it is kinda sour. It also doesn't go well with the ice blended coffee. Hence, I will not recommend one to order it.

The Red Velvet Cake is the latest cake offering at Coffee Bean. It is a dark red layer cake with a cheese frosting. The cake is not moist enough but the cheese frosting was just right and not too sweet. I am a whipped cream person, and I really love to have whipped cream on top of my drink. The process of making this is not difficult and I think we can also make this at home. But I am just too lazy! Moreover, I think the enviroment of the place also counts. I doubt my friends and I will hang out at home to chat and drink coffee/tea.
