I tried a bowl of their special sauce noodle (zha jiang mian). For $3.50, it's reasonably priced. I like that they were generous with the amount of the meat sauce made with fermented soy bean paste. Generally, the taste was rather nice - tasty without being too sharp or salty in flavor. The texture of the handmade noodles were ok too. Generally, the taste was rather nice - tasty without being too sharp or salty in flavor. The texture of the handmade noodles were ok too.
