I first discovered the wonderful dish of salted custard egg buns at Big Boss restaurant in Vivo a few years ago and ever since, its been a must-order dish during every dim sum outing.Located in the clustered shops of Sunshine plaza, Victor's Kitchen is low on decor but high on taste. Another food highlight is their signature style carrot cake, that comes in a bowl and topped with delicious home-made gravy. A Must Try.
Avoid lunch time as the crowd and the waiting time is brutal during weekdays. Weekends are better, great if you are able to head down for an indulgent tea time.
Be prepared to squeeze as the tables and chairs are quite packed together but hey! sure makes for a cosy get together amongst friends.
