This version of char siew meat is very rare to be seen around us. The stall owner added that pepper flavour to the char siew meat which makes the meat with that extra little spicyness in it. The char siew meat is really tender and juicy, and not too tough at all. The egg noodles used in this dish is quite chewy and really blend in well with the fragrant pork meat.
