Always been having their signature deep fried meat cutlets whenever I visit their outlets. This time round, I decided to try their ramen soup. Have bought the char siew ramen and was quite impress with the presentation and it was also serve to me quite fast as well. The ramen is chewy and portion is quite generous in it. The char siew meat, which is quite similar to the thinly sliced pork belly, is very tender and juicy. Lots of sliced bamboo shoots are added in it which make the noodles even more crunchy too. The soup is sweet and not over seasoning. Delicious!
