This Roast stall which sells all type of roast meat. I came across the Chinese Sausage hanging in the stall, decided to order 2 boxes of sausage rice for takeaway.The box is filled with big fat slices of Chinese Sausage, not the usual ones that you used for cooking. The sausage is well marinated and has bits of lean meat and fats.It is tasty and has accompanied thick gravy which you can pour on top of the rice.
