i am a fan of pu tien. Our family will at least eat it once a month. My favourite is the sweet and sour pork with lychee. I love the way they deep fry the pork and drizzle the sweet and sour sauce on the pork. The lychee gives it a sweetish sourish taste. I also love their garlic fried chicken. The garlic indeed add a lot of fragrance to the chicken. The fried hing wa bee hoon is another must order. The bee hoon is surprisingly thin, it is very fragrant with a lot of ingredients!
