We went to lao Beijing during the weekends for their dim sum buffet or they called it hi-tea buffet. My parents love dim sum so it was the perfect buffet for them. There were different types of jiaozi, guotie and dumplings. They had this supreme stock, spicy sauce, hot and sour soup and tomato egg sauce for you to eat your dumpling with. I found the dumpling exceptionally tasty even without the sauces it tasted so good. for the drinks, they have this specially brewed herbal tea. After eating all the oily guotie and fried food, it is the ideal drink to cool your body down. The herbal tea does not have this strong herb taste, it is more of sweetish instead. Suitable for those who dun really like those bitter herbal tea.
