Canton paradise opened at Compass Point early this year but I only recently went to try it. I ordered the liu sha bao which is widely heard to be really delicious but I hadn't tried it before too. SO it really surprised me when I bit into the warm center of this bao and the liquid insides flowed into my mouth, tasting strongly of salted egg. It was a weird sensation but the taste was awesome! Around $3
