Having read about Victor's Kitchen and since it is conveniently located, I decided to give it a try. There was a queue and people stood outside the store to wait for empty tables (due to limited seating), and I waited for about 30 minutes. The liu sha bao is a must try if you visit Victor's Kitchen, they are famous for it; and indeed, it was one of the better ones I have tasted. Also tried the you tiao cheong fun; not good though, was very soggy and not crispy at all.
