There was again a long standing queue outside Victor's Kitchen as seating is rather limited, the place was cramped and not very clean as well - but that didn't seem to deter customers, or dim sum lovers like me. I ordered their famous carrot cake - what is supposedly special about it is their XO sauce, however, portion of the sauce was very little, and the carrot cake is also quite average. Their pork ribs is not too flavourful as well.
