Heard about the famous fruit juice mee siam at Hong Lim so I had to try it! Firstly, I got the most luxurious bowl on the menu - $6 for a bowl of fruit juice mee siam and crayfish. The broth is really good! Light and slightly sweet and tangy - not too heavy like some other mee siam. I suspect the fruits may have a mixture of pineapples, lime or lemon. There is also shredded chicken, prawns, bean sprouts and egg. The crayfish is sweet and fresh and adds extra richness to the dish. Absolutely reco
