It was mid-week and stressed from school deadlines, I headed to Antoinette with a close girlfriend for dinner. I love the decor of the outlet at Mandarin Gallery. It was mid-week and stressed from school deadlines, I headed to Antoinette with a close girlfriend for dinner. I love the decor of the outlet at Mandarin Gallery. It was very posh and the seats were super comfy, I had space to slip my laptop in beside me on the same chair. I ordered toast with smoked duck breast and an additional scrambled egg ($18) while my friend ordered the prawn crumble pasta ($26). The duck breast was quite soft and not too chewy. I really love the toast and scrambled egg though. The toast was crunchy yet soft in the middle and had a nice sweet taste while the scrambled eggs just had the right amount of milk in it.

My friend's pasta had a good number of prawns (6-8 prawns), she had so many she couldn't finish it and had to pass so me to me haha. They were very well-seasoned. Overall, I had a fairly good impression of Antoinette. A little pricey but I will definitely be going back to try other dishes.
