Chee chong fun is my favourite dish and you can tell the skill level of the chefs in it! This chee chong fun is nice with it not being overly thick but enough to soak in the sauce on the plate! Yummy!
The fried rice is one of the best I've have eaten! It is a bit on the oily side but it's okay to have this once in a while just to taste it! ♥
That's the "open concept" of this restaurant. You can see what the chefs are doing, it's entertaining for me. Heh.
Lotus rice is one of the must-eats in a dim sum restaurant and you can't miss this! Too bad it's very small!
The star of the day - XIAO LONG BAOs!!!!!! To me, this XLB is even better than DTF's!! I really like it! The meat and its soup is in perfect harmony, it is not too salty nor too oily, the skin is thin too!! I really really love it!Really lucky to have this restaurant in Compass Point!
