This dish is very good and we order it every time we are there. It is called the ‘Gang Zhen Long Dun Yu.’The fish slices are cooked with the fish skin. The fish meat is very tender and soft. I love the sauce the fish is cooked in. It is not too salty and it is sweet. For the ladies, it is highly recommended to eat this dish with the fish skin. The fish contains a lot of collagen which is great for the skin.However, the bad part of this dish is the fish bones and the garlic. There are fish bones

However, the bad part of this dish is the fish bones and the garlic. There are fish bones in the fish slices so, BEWARE. I don’t like garlic too. The garlic are concentrated in the middle of the dish so the fish slices in the middle are the worst.
This dish is $42 for the middle sized portion.
