Grilled Pork Loin with Shio Kouji （盐麹）sauce of this restauranrt is so excellent, so delicious.I think it is one of the best pork dishes in Singapore or Hong Kong. I and my wife enjoyed it very much. Shop manager said that Shio Kouji is a kind of fermented rice, salt and water. It is one of traditional codiments.Adding this Shio Kouji, the taste becomes so refreshing. So intreresting!Try it !!!
