The soup broth was tasty yet not too salty, there was also herbal taste which I enjoyed it. The mee sua was well cooked, not too soggy. There were sliced pork, pig liver and kidney in the soup broth, I love the pig kidney most as it was fresh and well-cooked ( I have tried those that were over-cooked). Overall I find the dish healthy and delicious, a must try for soup lovers.
