Chili's (Closed)

I went to chili’s with my husband for dinner. I ordered their shrimp basket. It comprises of prawns, fries and corn. I was feeling exceptionally hungry that day so I decided to add a side dish which is their rice. their rice is not the normal white rice. in fact it looked like those fried rice that we order from zi char stalls but for tastewise, it does not taste anything like it. The rice got this strong herbs fragrance. for people who do not like herbs may find it too strong, but I like herbs
