I was waiting for my appointment at Clementi Central. So has decided to shop around at this new shopping mall, and was attracted to this high tea set at Ootoya! Have decided to spend my time there while enjoying a set. Have ordered the maccha ice-cream with red bean (Cant remember the name this dessert which is green tea ice-cream with redbean and banana slices, with a cup of coffee and 2 slices of cake). It was very cosy and relaxing having my high tea there. Not many people around that hour, but can see a few lady having their high tea set alone while reading and relaxing on a lazy afternoon.
