I have ordered the Miso Char Siew Ramen, that comes with one slice of pork (char siew), and an onsen egg. The egg is cooked beautifully, with nice orangy colour of the half-boiled egg yolk. Very delicious. The char siew is very tender and well-marinated. However, I reckon the soup is a bit too oily. Side dish chicken karaage is the deep-fried chicken pieces (without bones). Personally I am not a fans of Kyoza (pan-fried dumpling) here, because it tastes pretty ordinary, and slightly burn.
