Chasu Miso Ramen with Boiled EggThe miso broth is quite thick, not the watery type. So the soup is more heavy. The chashu is nice, and there is a lot in the bowl of ramen. The boiled egg is well cooked, perfect timing. Anyway there will be a list of preference for you to choose, so you may tick less heavy based broth so that it will not taste salty.Cheesy RamenRamen with chashu miso broth with CHEESE on it! Crab RamenRamen with crab meat broth. They were very nice to give me some ginger paste to get away the seafood smell of crab. Anyway i didnt eat the ginger coz i still can accept the taste. Another recommendation from the nice, friendly and patient waitress.
Spicy RamenPerfect for spicy lover! I was like about to order the super heavy broth as i want it to be very spicy but the waitress suggested that the heavy broth will be very salty. So i just ticked the normal one. And it tasted nice, much more nicer than those spicy ramen I had before outside.
