I fell in love with Ootoya after I tried out Suntec Ootoya recently. Really love the food, refillable rice and the ambience at Ootoya.Therefore I was happy that there is an outlet at Clementi Mall as its nearer to my place. I have ordered a set of Charcoal Grilled Chicken Salad with Basil Sauce. Well, I was rather dissapointed when i saw my chicken arrived, the portion was so much smaller than the one i had at Suntec. The size was undeniable small, but the taste was still quite ok, but still not

Overall, I feel that Clementi Ootoya has to improve on their food standard.
