As we wanted to hae dim sum, we decided to go to Victor's Kitchen as it was quite well known. Some of the items we ordered include the prawn chee cheong fun and the fried prawn dumpling. The cheong fun was quite thin and was semi-translucent. It wraps itself around fresh, succulent prawn. So nice as the tezture of the cheong fun was smooth. The Fried Prawn Dumplings were crunchy on the outside and it was filled with fresh prawn meat in the inside. Delicious. Although it was fried, it was not oil
