I was very impressed with the exquisite Hakka yong tau fu I ordered eg meat patty stuffed with Shiitake mushroom, traditional ngor hiang, minced meat and fish cakes with salted fish etc.

Although more pricey than other yong tau fu, but it is certainly worthwhile paying for its innovativeness. Come down to try it for yourself and be convinced.
