Is free seating & i heard that during dinner time will be very crowded
i went during weekend but i went there for lunch,around 11plus so there's not much queue^^
when we order,we just give them the card,they scan into the round thing & after ramen is ready ,the round thing will ring,really quite cool^^
so far i only tried 3 stall
Gantetsu - during my first visit i decided to give this a try cause i heard that among all 6,the ramen is lease oily & is true
Gantetsu special miso ramen $15,after gst $16.05
there's a lot of corn,negi,chashu,egg...
i really love the broth soup,it look oily from picture but actually not
ramen = soft type
egg = very soft,very nice
chashu = super soft & chewy i love it
corn= very fresh & sweet
i also tried bario &taishoken
as i saw my facebook taishoken have the most vote & bario always long queue,so decided to try both
but quite disappointed
TAI SHO KEN - i ordered mori soba
is like dipping kind
the soba is dry and tasteless,i dip soba into the soup.
the soba is soft kind,chashu also soft
the main point is the soup was too salty
taste abit braised duck ,eat a bit will get sick of it & it cost $17 for regular size
As for BARIO
totally not my type
huge potion
with a lot of bean sprouts
the noodles is thick type which i seldom see it
Chashu was too salty for me & is not as soft as the other 2 stall
the chashu was more like braised meat
so far my favourite still gantesu
