It is dinner time again and I was at Compass point shopping for X'mas presents. I decided to order a noodle dish to try since I've been only eating mostly dim sum type dishes at Canton Paradise.Char siew noodle (Dry) $7.30++They served a generous portion of char siew meat and green veggies with their noodles. Char siew noodle (Dry) $7.30++
They served a generous portion of char siew meat and green veggies with their noodles. The noodle was nicely cooked and still springy when eaten, sauce was light and tasty as well. Char siew meat was tender and flavorful as expected. A well executed dish.

The prawn dumplings were extra order which I've reviewed before. It is not included in this dish.

Char siew chee cheong fun $4.50++
They have several kinds of fillings for their CCF, I bought the char siew one to try. It was good too, with soft and smooth rice sheet and ample servings of lean char siew meat. The sauce was not too salty...quite delish.
