This place is usually crowded. But on last Thursday evening, it was only half filled. I heard that it is cheap and good, so I decided to give it a try. This is really good. Thick slices of chicken breast that is still soft, tender and moist, with a crispy crust. One might suspect they use the sous vide method to cook the chicken first. It could do with a little more seasoning powder, else it was just perfect. This is like what you have at the Shilin stalls in shopping malls with much more oysters

This is like what you have at the Shilin stalls in shopping malls with much more oysters and pork intestines. Still, very similar to those in Taipei
