Everything in this store looks great. Very well-presented as is all things Crystal Jade. You can also view the bakers baking through a window at th eback of the store.However, it's only good to look at. The taste is usually bland and unauthentic. BreadTalk and even St Leaven is much better. It's usually a bit oily as well. However, their trays are always clean and dry and not oily! Their prices are more expensive than St Leaven as well. And they have less variety. their breads are not as soft as

The staff are always rather rude, hurried and impolite. Do not like dealing with the staff at all.
The foods are a bit different to Bread Talk or other bread stores. They have a few traditional snacks as well. But nothing tastes particularly good at all. In fact we were shocked that it doesn't taste good at all! No flavour, rather oily and not as soft or well-made as Bread Talk.
Not really recommended due to poor service and low quality. good for convenience or if your tastebuds don't believe your eyes. Good to look at but not good to taste.
