If you are a fan of ribs and would not mind to pay quite high amount for it, you should definitely try the prime ribs here. The rib is really thick and the portion is quite generous. Usually I would ask the chef to have my rib to be fully well done and this does not affect the taste as well as the texture of it at all. The meat still remain its juicyness and is still as tender to comparing those which are medium well done. The mashed potato is really smooth and like that black pepper gravy topped on it which is abit spicy and the pepper flavour is really fragrant. The service here is quite tip top, which may be the main reason for the high price on their foods here.
