So i still love the chashu ramen as it is the most original ramen i supposed. the soup broth is nice and not too salty, as i cant stand too salty and greasy soup base. I love the egg a lot, it is soft and the yolk is half cooked. the ramen is nice, chewy and spongy and just nicely cooked. Lastly the chashu is tender and flavourful, it is important as i dont like dry and hard meat.
