There's been a lot of talk about good ramen in singapore, but with the difference in tastes and preferences, it's quite hard to follow blindly to what others recommend! However, the recommendation to go to santouka ramen @ cuppage was one from a good friend, so i definitely had to try it!! Without dragging on for much longer, we decided to pay the place a visit, and we were quite glad that we did not have to queue for a seat! Without dragging on for much longer, we decided to pay the place a visit, and we were quite glad that we did not have to queue for a seat! I really like the environment @ santouka, because it really feels like i'm in an authentic ramen restaurant! I went for the pork cheek ramen, and i was really rewarded for my choice! Although i burned my tongue, it was definitely worth it. The soup was heavenly, and this is definitely the best ramen i've eaten to date. Furthermore, the pork cheek literally melted in my mouth. I will definitely go back again!
