I decided to try Din Tai Fung's streamed chicken soup for the first time. It is their specialty tea, which they claim that only the freshest chickens were used and the the natural ingredients were enhanced by many hours of meticulous simmering to bring out its original flavour. The soup is very clear and it had the strong ginseng smell that I'm not a big fan of. The soup is very sweet and tasty. The chicken, as they said, was very fresh but only had an average taste to it. The soup costs $8.80,

The soup is very clear and it had the strong ginseng smell that I'm not a big fan of. The soup is very sweet and tasty. The chicken, as they said, was very fresh but only had an average taste to it.

The soup costs $8.80, which in my opinion, although delicious, is not worth the money. You may want to consider the chicken soup if you're looking for a bowl of soup from Din Tai Fung
