Love the dim sum at crystal jade. Nice ambience & great serviceliu sha pao - egg filling bursts into your mouth when you sink your mouth in it. tried this dish in several places. this looks the most appetizing due to its orange hue colour and is slightly sweeter.har gaw - simple and delicatesteamed pork rib - something salty to complement your meal
