I'm not really a fan of Marche, but I was craving for Rosti... and Marche serves the best Rosti, as far as I know.In my opinion, I feel that the service was not good enough. In my opinion, I feel that the service was not good enough. When I wanted to change my seat as I was allocated right under the aircon, no staff attended to me. So I was left figuring my way to find another seats. When I saw that the tables in my area were all reserved, I asked the staff if they were anymore tables which were free, but he said they were all taken. It was only after I asked if there were anymore free tables further away, that he said yes, and pointed me to that direction, in which I had to figure the free tables myself again.
However, the food made my experience better. My friends and I ordered smoked salmon crepe, french garlic pork sausage rosti and pork knuckle.
The smoked salmon crepe was the best among the dishes! The saltiness of the smoked salmon is being "neutralised" with the fluffy crepe. Topped with the carbonara-alike sauce, I simply had mouth after mouth of it.
The rosti was quite oily, but well, I had my cravings satisfied.
The pork knuckles were nicely done too.. Fried till crispy, not too hard.
