I'm not a big fan of Chinese tea but I'd normally drink the tea at Din Tai Fung because unlike many Chinese teas, it doesn't have the bland taste that I dislike. Also, I'm not too sure what "flavor" tea it is, but it doesn't have that common chinese tea smell that I can't stand. The tea is very refreshing and has a strong tea taste that is slightly sweet.
